In a large bowl combine; the cake flour, wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, mix until blended. I’m just not a super-dense cake lover. The carrot cake you see in these pics was baked in three 6-inch diameter pans.I love the look of a taller cake!
